Junk removal pricing by load size
Our truck holds approximately 450 cubic feet of junk — the equivalent of 3–4 pickup truck beds. Price is based on how much of that space your items fill. Includes all labor, loading, transportation, and disposal. Nothing extra.

Roll-off dumpster rental pricing
Flat weekly rates include delivery, 7-day rental, pickup, and disposal up to the weight limit. Extended rentals available. We deliver to any Nassau or Suffolk County address.
Weight overages: $65/ton beyond included limit. Extended rental: call for daily/monthly rates. Street permits:handled by us for Nassau & Suffolk towns — small permit fee may apply.
Estate cleanout pricing by home size
Estate cleanout pricing is based on home size and contents density. We provide a written estimate after a walk-through — in person or via video call. Includes all labor, truck loads, and disposal. Donation sorting and receipts included.

No. Our pricing is all-in. The quote you receive on the phone is what you pay when the job is done. We don't add fuel surcharges, environmental fees, or stair charges. The only circumstance where the price might change is if the job scope is significantly different from what was described when you booked.
Never. Coming out to look at the job and give you an estimate is 100% free with zero obligation. You decide whether to proceed. We only charge when work is actually performed.
Our dumpster rental flat rate includes delivery to your Nassau or Suffolk address, the rental period (7 days standard), pickup, and disposal up to the included weight limit. Overages beyond the weight limit are charged at $65/ton. There are no fuel surcharges or environmental fees.
